Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
